Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies

It’s official. I’ve mastered the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. Ok ok I’m being dramatic but STILL. These are delicious, easy and have a secret ingredient that I would have NEVER guessed made them crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And sea salt is just a total bonus 😍

Recipe:

- 2 cups flour

- 1tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 cup butter (half melted)

- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 2/3 cup sugar

- Dash of cinnamon

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 egg

- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

- coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients (set aside). Mix sugars, butter, vanilla, ACV, egg, and beat on medium until combined. While mixer is on slowly, add dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.

Scoop onto baking sheet using a cookie scoop and bake for 10 min until edges are browned but the center is still soft. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool ON baking sheet for 10 min and then move to cooling rack.

The key here is not to over bake. They will have a very crispy shell from the ACV and will continue to cook on the pan once you have removed them from the oven so as SOON as the edges become bronzed grab them!

Pro-Tip: If you are a smaller household (4 or under) this will make a ton of dough. My recommendation is to scoop all the dough and freeze half. Then on an evening where you just want a cookie or two grab some from the freezer and bake without making a

Make sure you tag me on social media when you make them so I can see all my friends treating themselves to the YUMMIEST COOKIE ON EARTH.
